Mila Macleod

Mila graduated from medical school in Ukraine. She began her career in anaesthetics and worked in the Neurosurgery Dept of the Regional Hospital in southern Ukraine, while also obtaining a second degree in Biology and Chemistry.

After moving to the UK, Mila worked as a dental nurse in a specialist practice as well as being an Oral Health Educator and Treatment & Implant Coordinator and being involved in procedures like implant surgery, sinus lifts, and periodontal surgery, acquiring a vast amount of dental knowledge along the way.

Later she became an Area Manager for Osstem Dental Implant company and was helping dentists in their implant journey, whether it was educational or practical. This is when she has decided to invest her knowledge and experience into a Dental Practice.

Dr Mila MacLeod is the Managing Director at Shore Dental. In addition to leading the practice, she is actively involved in day-to-day patient care—you can often see her in the surgery assisting dentists or hygienists, welcoming patients at the front desk, and offering guidance on treatment options in her role as a Treatment Coordinator. Mila also provides aesthetic medicine treatments at Shore Dental alongside Laura and Emma.

Mila is very adventurous, she loves playing piano, dancing, travelling, scuba diving, sailing and DIY & design!
